General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for online training
Horses support children®
For the sake of simplicity, we call the masculine form of the nouns (students)
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all online training courses booked through us.
2. Type of event
The respective events are carried out exclusively on the basis of the respective course description and information.
3. Technical requirements for online training
The prerequisite for participation in the online training courses is that each participant independently meets the necessary technical requirements in the form of a stable internet connection and an appropriate end device (PC, laptop, tablet).
Regardless of the participation fee for the respective online meeting, additional costs may arise due to the necessary technical requirements. These costs must be borne by the participants themselves.
4. Implementation of online training courses
The prerequisite for participation in the online course is a prior contract with the organizer
Each contract is binding and obliges the payment of the corresponding fee
Participants will be informed about the dates and procedure in good time before the online training begins
The online meetings take place in groups of 5-30 participants.
Scripts are uploaded to the learning platform at the end of a course.
Stable signs and certificates will be sent after all practical orders have been submitted and checked. Due to differing production times, this may take some time after the course has ended.
During the Zoom meetings, image and sound recordings are made, which are then made available to the course participants on the PfK learning platform.
Participants expressly consent to this by completing a separate consent form. The consent form must be signed by each participant and submitted before the event.
If the student is absent without excuse twice during the entire course, Pferde fördern Kinder reserves the right to remove the student from the current course round and place him or her in the next course. If the student is absent without excuse twice again in the next course, Pferde fördern Kinder reserves the right to eliminate the student from the online course, with full retention of the amounts already paid.
5. Contracting Party

6. Rules of conduct
The following rules of conduct apply to participation in an online seminar: Participation only possible as an individual (separate multiple bookings possible)
Only one person per booking may participate visually and auditorily. Multiple participants behind one screen who have not booked an online seminar are not permitted.
Digital and/or analog recording of the online seminars is not permitted and any violation will be prosecuted under copyright and criminal law in accordance with Sections 15 ff of the Copyright Act.
7. Due date and payment of seminars
Payment for an online seminar is made in advance and must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the course.
Installment payments are agreed upon in a separate installment payment contract. The student must express his wish to pay in installments before or when the contract is concluded; subsequent installment payments are not possible.
8. Termination
The cancellation of individual online seminars is not necessary, as the seminars are a
have a fixed term without automatic renewal.
9. Copyright
All documents provided digitally and analogue as part of the online seminar (scripts, materials, photos, literature lists, videos and audio files) are protected by copyright.
The documents and files provided may only be used by participants in accordance with express or legal regulations. Unauthorized use by third parties before, during and after the seminar is prohibited. If files and documents are made available for download, they may only be downloaded and printed by seminar participants during the respective seminar.

The use of the “general” Horses Promote Children logo is expressly reserved for Horses Promote Children partners; for this purpose, a separate seminar must be attended.
After successfully completing a course, the student may use the stable signs for advertising purposes that are consistent with the industry.
10. Handling access data
Access data (e.g. access link and/or password for the online seminar) are provided by the

11. Changes to the conditions of participation
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation. Participants will be informed of this by the organizer and have the right to accept or reject the change within 14 days of receiving the information.
12. Cancellation and withdrawal from online seminars
12.1.Revocation by the participant
Cancellation policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act according to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you as a participant have the right to cancel the registration contract for a seminar within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract and must be made in writing (by email, fax, letter). Exercising the right of cancellation:

Consequences of revocation
In case of cancellation of a seminar registration, the organizer will refund all payments received from the participant.
The organizer may refuse to refund until the materials sent have been received back or until it has been proven that the materials have been returned. Exceptions can be expressly agreed in writing.
12.2. Withdrawal of the participant
The conclusion of the contract is binding. As soon as you have received confirmation from us, we will charge you a cancellation fee with the following staggered cancellation fees:
If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the seminar, we will charge a processing fee of 50% of the seminar fee.
If withdrawal occurs on the day of the seminar, we will charge the full seminar fee (= 100%). If a participant fails to attend a practical seminar day without excuse, the full seminar fee (= 100%) will be charged.
12.3. Withdrawal by the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel seminars or to reschedule them to another date if there is an important reason, if at least 50% of the registered participants are not present or if the lecturer is unable to attend due to illness or other unforeseen events occur.
Participants will be informed as early as possible about the cancellation of the meeting, via telephone or email.
Unless otherwise agreed, the meeting will be rescheduled for the following week and the entire course will be postponed accordingly.
If the meeting is cancelled by the lecturer due to illness/at short notice, an alternative date will be offered as soon as possible.
14. Contract language and applicable law
The language used for the contract is German.
German law applies, even if the participant is from abroad or is resident abroad.
15. Liability
The organizer’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence and applies
also for slightly negligent breaches of duty by vicarious agents, with the exception of
